ORAY is the sole recipient of your personal data. It will never be transmitted or communicated to a third party, except:   

  • the service providers we use to respond to your requests (e.g. address and telephone number communicated to a carrier),
  • trusted third parties who help us operate our website or conduct our business, as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential.

In the event that we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or when required by law. 

Non-private information, however, may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Data retention

Your personal information is kept for the time necessary for the purposes set out in the paragraph “Use of information”.

This duration may not exceed: 

  •     3 years from the date of last activity, when your data is used for marketing purposes,
  •     6 years for tax documents,
  •     10 years for accounting documents,
  •     the entire duration of theany litigation and until all remedies have been exhausted.

Your rights

    •         You have the right to know the origin of the information concerning you,

    •         You can ask that your data be, as the case may be, rectified, completed, updated or deleted.


You can exercise your rights:

  •       By post: Your request should be accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Upon receipt of your request, we can:

  •     Respond favourably within a maximum period of 1 month,
  •     Refuse the request for access by justifying our decision and by informing you of the means and deadlines for appeal allowing you to contest it.
  •     Not respond to requests that are manifestly abusive, in particular by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature (for example, a request for a full copy of the information every week).

If you consider that we are not respecting our obligations in terms of Personal Data, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority, the CNIL:

Protection of information

We apply a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


We do not use cookies to collect your information.
