Data retention

  •     the entire duration of theany litigation and until all remedies have been exhausted.

    •         You can ask that your data be, as the case may be, rectified, completed, updated or deleted.

  •       By post: Your request should be accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Upon receipt of your request, we can:

  •     Respond favourably within a maximum period of 1 month,
  •     Refuse the request for access by justifying our decision and by informing you of the means and deadlines for appeal allowing you to contest it.
  •     Not respond to requests that are manifestly abusive, in particular by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature (for example, a request for a full copy of the information every week).

If you consider that we are not respecting our obligations in terms of Personal Data, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority, the CNIL:

Protection of information

We apply a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
